Plain words on what this site keeps and what it measures. Updated 25 October 2026.

What you tell us

When you join the newsletter you give an email address and tick that you agree to receive it. Both are stored in this site’s own database. Your email is used for the newsletter — it is not passed to advertisers.

Want it gone? Message the show on its Facebook page and Amy will remove your address from the list.

What this site measures

The site uses the Meta Pixel — the measurement tool for Facebook and Instagram — so Amy can see whether her ads bring people here. It records that you visited, which pages you saw, and basic device and browser information. Meta’s own data policy explains what Meta does with it.

Visitors in places that require a consent choice before advertising measurement — the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil and Argentina — never have the pixel loaded. If the site cannot work out which country you are in, the pixel stays off too.

You can tell Meta not to use your information for ads in Meta’s ad settings, and you can clear this site’s cookies in your browser at any time.

Where the site lives

This site is built and hosted on Lovable, which runs basic error reporting so Amy can see and fix broken pages.

If this changes
